In May, cherries laden the branches of Laoshan, and the mountains looked lush and green. On May 13th, our Marketing Center team organized a unique team-building activity. From the smoky atmosphere of a farmhouse banquet to the joy of harvest in the cherry orchard, this journey blending nature and humanity not only brought colleagues closer together, but also deepened team cohesion through collaboration and injected new energy into subsequent customer service.

Mount Laoshan offers breathtaking scenery, and cherry picking is even more delightful. In the photo, beneath a blue sky and white clouds, rolling hills, rock formations, and lush greenery intertwine, create a beautiful natural landscape. Cherries, laden with fruit, dot the landscape, creating a mouth-watering scene. A gentle breeze brings a touch of coolness, as if a breath of freedom permeates the air.

At 10:00 AM, the team boarded the bus and began their Laoshan journey. The atmosphere was lively: some colleagues sat in a circle playing poker, their strategies intertwined with tacit understanding. Female colleagues shared anecdotes, from parenting tips to client cases, their laughter interspersed with reflections on the business. "That difficult client last time, shouldn't we learn from the patience of cherry growers?" a quip elicited a knowing smile from everyone.

The Flavor of Laoshan on Your Tongue
After arriving at the foot of Laoshan, an authentic farmhouse dinner served as the team-building "appetizer." The aroma of seafood, wild vegetables, and Laoshan tea filled the air. Team members toasted and chatted, blurring the lines between work and life as they enjoyed a moment of downtime. At the table, the Marketing Director improvised, "Just as Laoshan cuisine emphasizes its authentic flavor, customer communication must also focus on genuine needs!"

Picking Cherry Blossoms in the Mountains
In the afternoon, the team headed for the cherry orchard halfway up the mountain. The path wound, and colleagues supported each other. A strong young man offered to help a female colleague carry her backpack, while a sales expert acted as a "picking instructor," teaching tips on identifying ripe cherries. The agate-like cherries on the branches framed the team's smiles, their sweetness radiating between lips and teeth. Even sweeter than the fruits themselves was the unspoken, tacit collaboration between departments: "You pass the basket, I help." Someone joked, "When picking cherries, you need to pinch the stems gently. When serving customers, you also need to grasp their core needs!" Metaphors of nature and business cleverly blended at this moment.

At 3:00 PM, the return bus departed. Some leaned against the window to savor the mountain scenery, others shared playful photos on their phones, and from the back seat, a challenge to "play poker again next year" could be heard. This trip to Laoshan allowed the manufacturing team's "iron qualities" to be immersed in the tenderness of nature.
We always believe that excellent manufacturing requires not only technical rigor but also the warmth of a team's collaborative spirit. May's cherry blossoms are in full bloom. We look forward to the next season, a reunion with the mountains and rivers, and reaching new heights with our partners!
